Located in Dijon (France), the School of Wine & Spirits Business (SWSB) is a BSB’s structure dedicated to education and research in the wine and spirits sector. With the Wine & Spirits Business Lab, a unique research facility using experimental economics methodology, the Wine & Spirits team members, part of CEREN laboratory and SWSB, conduct behavioural studies to explore emotions, cognitive processes and decision-making bias involved in the actions and opinions of consumers, producers and experts.
