Storage of data

In accordance with the GDPR, we only use servers that are internal or located in Europe and that comply with European Union regulations in effect since May 25, 2018. Your personal information will be kept only until the contractual obligation expires (3 years after the end of the project). We are committed to informing anyone affected by an uncontrolled data leak and doing everything possible to repair the system as soon as possible. We never sell or rent your information to third parties. Personal information will be shared if required by a control of the program or if this is necessary in the context of a legal dispute. If a subcontractor is involved in the data processing, we ensure that the subcontractor complies with the GDPR and our privacy policy. We also use the information consent principle. This means anyone providing personal information is encouraged to read the current statement before providing any information. You may request access to your personal data at any time, as detailed in the following paragraph.

Your rights in terms of personal data storage

You can consult the personal data that the GoodHorizon team keeps on you at any time and, if necessary, request correction or deletion (if your data is not required for contract performance) of all or part of your data. Please contact us at info@goodhorizon.eu if this is the case. You also have the right to be forgotten, which allows you to request the complete deletion of your data if its storage is not required by contract or law. Send an email to info@goodhorizon.eu with your request. Organizations are required to respond within thirty days to any request to consult, modify, or delete your personal data. However, if the request involves a large amount of data, this period may be extended. You will be notified of the time required to process the request as soon as possible.

GoodHorizon wants to make sure you understand all of your data protection rights. Every user has the following rights:
The right to access – You have the right to request copies of your personal data from GoodHorizon. For this service, we may charge you a small fee.
The right to rectification entitles you to request that GoodHorizon correct any information you believe is incorrect. You also have the option of asking GoodHorizon to complete any information that you think is missing.
The right to erasure – Under certain conditions, you have the right to request that GoodHorizon erase your personal data.
